every time I send an email to the mailing list I receive the following
message. What's that?

listed as a member of basinsinfo.

Only members of basinsinfo are allowed to contribute messages.

Because Lyris ListManager could not confirm that you are a member of basinsinfo,
your message was not accepted.

Dear Gio,

After examining the above message and list of members, I found that
"basinsinfo@..." has been subscribed as a member of this list, though
it seems to be posting address for "basinsinfo" mailing list hosted by epa.gov.
So whenever, a message was posted to this group, it was automatically being sent
to basinsinfo@... which returned the message because the sender is not
a member of "basinsinfo".

Any way, I have now removed "basinsinfo@..." from the list of members.
It should resolve the problem.
