The dwarf horse - Koda
This is not just a dwarf horse. This is a dwarf among dwarf horses. Koda is so small that people often mistake him for a toy with batteries. Veterinarians are surprised that in his 13 months of this horse is still alive and well, despite a bunch of congenital health problems. He endured several operations on his feet. Soon to be carried out dental surgery - his teeth are too big for such a jaw.
A mane of hair, which grows in the wrong direction, we decided to take just the charm of a baby. Doctors say that Koda is very courageous, he takes medication for the little man, understands. He has every chance to live a long and happy life. And while he walks with the seals, which live at the veterinary clinic - always a pleasure to walk with someone who is like you to grow.

Iceland's Giant's Causeway
Iceland is fast becoming the photography capital of the world - and with stunning results like these, it's easy to see why. These breathtaking images of the country's largest ice cap reveal the ancient forces of nature at work above and below the mammoth glacier.
Covering eight per cent of the country, the sharp, icy blue scenery was created as subterranean volcanoes erupted under the ice, melting the giant mass of frozen water. The results were spectacular enough to be used in two James Bond movies, Tomb Raider and Batman Begins.
With tourism forming over 30 per cent of the island's income, visitors to the ice flows are treated to wonders such as the Jvkulsarlsn lagoon, dramatic ice walls and ominous icebergs.

Baby Falak dies
Baby Falak is dead of a heart attack, according to reports out of New Delhi.
The two-year-old had been undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi since Jan. 18, when a teenager claiming to be her mother had her admitted to the hospital. The child had a fractured skull, bruises and human bite marks all over her body at the time.
The teen claimed the baby had fallen out of her bed, but doctors concluded the injuries were consistent with having her head smashed against a wall, her face bitten, and her chest burnt with an iron. The teenaged girl was detained and put in a foster home.
Falak had come to be known as India's miracle baby, after surviving five surgeries and two heart attacks while in hospital. In fact, doctors had said last Wednesday that Falak was ready to be discharged.
"Falak is fit to be discharged and she needs to be moved out of hospital as soon as possible, or else there are chances for her to get hospital-based infections," Deepak Agrawal, assistant professor of neurosurgeon at AIIMS, told local media.
A team of more than 10 doctors had been closely monitoring Falak's health since mid-January.
Investigations in India found that Falak was the biological daughter of a poor 22-year-old woman who had come under the influence of a prostitution ring in Delhi. A man named Rajkumar Gupta was arrested in February in what Delhi Police have confirmed is a human-trafficking case.
Falak and her two siblings were allegedly taken from their mother and separated, given to different people associated with the ring. According to police, Falak's most recent custodian was Rajkumar's 14-year-old girlfriend. Ten people have been arrested in the case, including a woman named Pratima who allegedly gave Falak to Rajkumar.

Titanic Belfast: A Replica
The £90 million Titanic Belfast attraction has been built in the derelict shipyard where the ill-fated liner was constructed a century earlier. After three years in construction - the same time it took to complete the Titanic.
As workers add the finishing touches to the six-storey venue, which at 90 feet is the same height as the Titanic's bow, the owners have given a sneak preview of what waits in store for visitors on opening day on March 31. The centre, which hopes to attract 425,000 visitors in its first year, tells the story of the Titanic through nine separate galleries, each devoted to a different aspect of the tragedy.

World's Most Beautiful Atriums
In modern architecture, an atrium (plural: atria) is a large open space, often several stories high and having a glazed roof and/or large windows, often situated within a larger multistory building and often located immediately beyond the main entrance doors. Atria are a popular design feature because they give their buildings a feeling of space and light. Fire control is an important aspect of contemporary atrium design due to criticism that poorly designed atria could allow fire to spread to a building's upper stories more quickly.
As of 2007, Dubai's Burj Al Arab, has the tallest atrium. The Burj Al Arab was built to impress and to iconize the urban development in the city of Dubai.
Burj Al Arab, Dubai
The Burj Al Arab is the iconic, sail shaped building on the shores of Dubai's beaches. Height 321 Meters.
Jinmao Tower Hotel, Shanghai
Jinmao Tower is has one of the most-photographed atriums and with reason - the balconies have been designed to allow photographers to slide the camera over the ledge without having to look down the 88 floors.
Holiday Inn, Singapore
There's no guessing as to why this hotel got its name. The hotels 27 floors have been built around this impressive, glass-topped atrium.
Hyatt Regency, America
This impressive Atlanta hotel with its glass elevators has inspired hotel design since it was built in 1967.
Marriott Marquis, America
The impressive 47-storey atrium also has a 50-foot blue sail in its centre, supposedly influencing the guests' mood and calming them.
Marriott Marquis, Atlanta
Another view of this impressive atrium, this time from the floor up. The hotel's ballroom level features the Pulse bar, located at the base of the sail.
Georgian Terrace Hotel, America
The new design of the hotel remains a testament to Atlanta's rich history.
Compuware Building, America
The suspended water fountain in this entrance doesn't create the optical illusions of other atriums, but it certainly draws the eye up.

Nuclear Submarine Base, USSR
Now A Museum.
Balaklava, in Ukraine, can even today be remembered for having been one of the secret places in Russia that was extremely famous for its Nuclear Submarine Base. The place witnessed a huge underground submarine base and amazing docks, in USSR, and this was functional till 1996 when the last Russian submarine left Ukraine. But the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 compelled the Russian Army to leave the place.
The entire town was involved at the Base at that time. The people of Balaklava, worked so dedicatedly at the Base, that it was hard for any outsider to intrude into the place or visit the town without going through a tremendous chain of investigations and identification processes. As a matter of fact, even the family members or the relatives of the workers were scrutinized completely.
As mentioned earlier that the base was active till 1991, the operations were carried after until 1993 when the decommissioning process started, and the low yield torpedoes and the Russian warheads were removed from the place.
Post 1996, the whole Submarine Base, the Cannel System, and the small Museum that displays the old warheads, weapons, deep inside the hillside, are all open to visitors. The place have become more of a tourist spot, for the history lovers, situated 10km south east of Sevastopol on the Black Sea Coast.

Mt Etna erupts, the 4th time this year
Mount Etna in Italy has erupted for the fourth time this year. A massive plume of smoke stretched seven kilometres into the air. Italian media said a stream of lava emitted from the volcano flowed into the uninhabited valley of Valle del Bove. Mount Etna towers over the Sicilian town of Catania, the eruption has not caused any damage and local airports are open.
