For your delight, I am pleased to send to you a series of photos of our beautiful  GOA.True, the Subject is NOT very proper, when it says’ DEATH OF GOA.’!!

 

We had the pleasure to receive them from Mrs. Ernestina Carreira, a Portuguese Historian in the Univ of Aix-en – Provence( France) ,We came to know  her at the time of one of the meetings of the INTERNACIONAL SEMINAR OF INDO PORTUGUESE HISTORY.

Hope you like them . For those who know Goa but are not here, the photos will bring lots of “SAUDADES”

I also attach in three instalments a paper presented in FRENCH by her about the relations of French Colonies in India with Goa.
