Dear friend
my review says that you may refer ASCE Monograph No. 70 for thorough
understanding of Evapotranspiration. also you may consult FAO 56.
I was working towards developing a model for prdicting evapotranspiration
requirement of tea plantation which has elaborately developed canopy and aslo
the presence of shade trees for providing partial shade ( an ususal practice in
tea gardens). The normally used methods over predicted but I had to stop my work
in between due to some unavoidable reasons,.

Hope you will be able to do things right.
bye
akm
