Dear Colleagues,

I have some questions regarding desalination plant brine disposal outfalls
into the marine environment.

What are design objectives (i.e. what ambient water quality criteria need to
be achieved at what distances or locations)?
What are the criteria in the presence of coral reefs?


Can anyone guide me to environmental guidelines and/or design guidelines?
