Subject: [hydrologymodel] Regarding HYDRUS 2D model
Dear Members
I am working with HYDRUS 2D modelling software to understand the movement of
agrochemicals in the unsaturated zone and into groundwater. I have carried out a
detailed field study in a paddy field. Soil core samples were collected and
analysed for major ions and nutrients. Additionally, I have soil moisture and
organic carbon data for soil samples.
My quiry is
1) How to calculate the "qr = residual water content, qs = saturated water
content and soil water potential (Ys) or pressure head from soil moisture value?
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.
Yours sincerely
N.Rajmohan
