Thanks Mark,
I have done a little poking into ArcHydro, but abandoned it because I am
hoping to work with tools that operate in a vector environment (preferably
Triangulated Irregular Network) rather than raster. I would be interested
in knowing what the pros and cons are of both approaches, but am of the
impression that the TIN approach would be a more accurate one to model real
life processes.
Thanks for the recommendation.
