River basin modeling is something for which no product can be universally made.
No software made outside India till now has been successfully implemented in
Indian conditions due to variation in the data requirement and its availability.
CMC LTD has the pioneer to be the first in India to develop and implement a
river basin scale Model for Water balance-basin wide water accounting and
budgeting system.The system is being implemented successfully in the basin of
Krishna and Godavai for the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
The system developed takes care of the data availability as per Indian
conditions and also considers all parameters which the user group has readily
with them.
