Dr Srinivas Rao
Thank you for your response sir. The objective of my
study is to understand and offer remedial solutions
for any freshwater problems caused by the tsunami -
especially in coastal India and the Andamans.
The way i see it, the study can be divided in the
following way:
1. Understanding traditional sources of freshwater in
islands and coastal areas
2. Understanding the impact the tsunami has had on
these sources
3. Offering remedial measures to restore these
traditional sources
4. Offer alternative sources of freshwater apart from
traditional ones - eg rainwater harvesting.
Regards
Karan
