Dear Prof. Marcelo Jorge Pérez,
I am thank you very much for your reply and your advice.
Now, I knew I had a big mistask for using " predict rainfall" word. In fact, My
Prof suggested me to choose " Ungaged Watershed Model" to find rainfall (after
that using generalized tropical flood model to calculate water level and
discharge) for the River Basins with little hydrological data.
First, I thought I would like using " rainfall of similar basin" after
calibration process. But My Teacher suggested me to use this model and I thought
that this was opportunity for me improve my knowledge so I should try to do it
until I can not spend time to this. I will use the model which I knew it before.
I hope that Prof can give me some information about this model if possible ( I
can not get any information in internet until this time).
I would be very thankful and very sorry if I had taken your time.
Yours faithfully
Dinh Nha

Dear Dinh Nha :
To predict rainfall is a matter of hydrometeorologists.
Seems to me that the word used is wrong.
Please dont charge to your advisor, some fact that a true hydrologist
never will suggest.
