Ground Water Modeling using GMS   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #328 of 727 |
Hi

I've started using GMS recently and am planning to do regional ground
water modeling in about 600 sq.km in a hard rock terrain in Tamil Nadu
for my Phd. I'll certainly be troubling the experts here with a lot of
doubts.

My immediate problem is this. I have succesfully registered the .tiff
map of the area in GMS 3.0. I want to make a cross section of the
soil, weathered rock and massive rock layers using the borehole module
using the borehole lithology and Geophysical sounding results data. I
have imported the locations into GMS as 2D scatter points and have
entered the lithology using borehole editor. Now, I am not able to see
the bore holes properly in oblique view. Whenever I try, all the
locations get bunched and show up in a corner of the screen. I have
played with display settings, z-magnification etc. but to no avail.
Please help.

regards

Nandakumar
