My modeling is limited to water quality standards and the load that can be
carried by a particular reach. Mostly it is used for TMDL work, but I'm
adapting it to our needs for source ID and trend analysis. I don't do any work
with surface runoff, just what is recorded in the reaches (ditch, stream, creek,
river, etc).
