Hi,

I've recently develped a new meta-heuristic algorithm for model
parameter calibration. You can find one of papers as follows.

This algorithm, similar to genetic algorithm, but mostly better than
that, can be applied to dynamic programming-like model calibration
which has mostly combinatorial characteristic.
