Sorab,

Try this link. It not only has a lot of papers on the origin and deriviation of
the coefficients and methods, it also has papers the recognize the "quirks" in
the method, particularly as they relate to small storms and Ia.

Hi Group

Does anyone have insight on where the number value for the SCS curve
numbers actually comes from? For example, who decided that for land use of
x and soil type of a the SCS curve number is y, and why?
