Raul:

Try using the spatial analyst extension of ARCVIEW 3.2. If that doesn't
work, the GRID module of the previous workstation version of ARC/INFO
should have the commands and functions needed to perform the tasks you
mentioned. ArcGIS 8.3 should also have the capability.
