You can set the sort order of messages? Just click on the link in the date column. Your preferences will be remembered, so you don't have to do it again when you return.

IIM wont select all the good applicants. It shall select only top 80 applicants. Keeping that in mind i would suggest you to seek some outside professional help - search on google etc. asking for strategic help from other applicants (or competitors) is like Pepsi seeking consultancy from Coke :-) Why would I (or anyone) tell you how to crack IW :-)
