If your key area of expertise is one among them, then we need to click "High". If we are involved in other areas to reasonable extent then we should mention "Moderate" ( for ex. your key area is marketing, but you were also involved in the ERP implement ion, then under "IT", we may mention "Moderate". If no involvement then we should mention "Nil"

The application specifically states to mention only post school qualifications ( refer at the bottom under acads). You need not mention pre college ( 10th & 12th) in application.

IMO, we should not mention about the pre college achievement unless it is very significant. It may look very silly. However if you do not have anything else to show, then there is nothing wrong in mentioning even school awards/prizes)

Yes. Offcourse we should mention this. This will add value to the application specifically if acads/gmat score is less.
I also have one question. Where we have to mention about international/national paper submissions/presentations/publications ?
