I am with you Nithya... Scored a lousy 600 today afternoon and feeling really bad about it... Q45 V 28 My maths improved though not drastically and verbal bombed..

I had got 590 Q 39 V 31 - last year July and due to some personal reasons couldn't apply as well.. 

Anyways will still go ahead and apply to IIMA, ISB and IIM B this time and see what comes of it... I just don't have the inclination to give the GMAT again anytime soon... :-)

GMAT is tricky
I got 590 (23 June)and again 570 on 5th aug(the lowest of the Kaplan CAT scores i got during practice)
These 590 type scores I used to get when i started my journey without OG (Jan 2008)
Got a 65-70 lines RC(no 2) at Q no 13-16
I had to take extra care and I lost time.At the end score puzzled me(I was waiting for a 650 but even Quants slipped to 47)

As stated by IIMA, only highest GMAT score will be taken in to consideration. Having said that, you should be ready with the reason for low score in second test, if you get selected for the interview. I would have been happier, if scored atleast 720 in third attempt. Hope that my rest of the profile helps me in getting interview call despite below average GMAT. Profile - 13 years exp/manufacturing ( non it)/good EC,average acads,top engineering college/6 years in leadership role. Also since IIMA is probably increasing no. of seats, they may look at lower GMAT scores as well. Any say on this ? I submitted my application today. Keeping my fingers crossed for interview call.
