In my opinion, you should not advise/ preach people about things related to etiquette (Swapnil jee should thank Anant jee, Dr Nautiyal should thank Gene and so on) because it implies that you treat those people as etiquetteless or , if they were already doing it, uncomfortable or give an impression that ou are dictating to them. They should, but it should be their business. You shouldn't be dictating even as moderator.
Hope I am not being rude in syaing that. However, you may consult some other mature person also before listening to my suggestion.
