Ha ha - I actually like regional flavors. Having lived all over India, I
have a lot of respect for local issues. Then there is language barrier -
someone who grew up with Malayalam will probably be less familiar with
Hindi authors.

I recall Zeashanji's notes from your Benaras meet. His discomfort with
South Indian room partners, & a few jokes about the situation. He's not
alone. This discomfort exists all over India - except in very
cosmopolitan environments.
