Dear Group Members,
Please visit
http://www.cpcb.nic.in/diesel/ch70902.htm
and see the list of plants proposed as Biodiesel plant. Calotropis
locally known as Ak, madar, fudhar ,akua ,ark, grows as weed in India.
We have indefinite number of this plant in our land.

Why not the authorities utilise it for biodiesel production. The raw
material is having no cost. Also there is no need for its cultivation
in 30 million hactares like Jatropha. Why our planners are fooling
the common Indians? Why exotic plant Jatropha is under promotion?
