Dear Group Members,

I have posted news clips showing similar promotional press release
about use of Jatropha oil as electricity source in Chhattisgarh
village. Here is one more one sided sponsored (?) story (Instead of
writing for one side, I feel that balanced view is required by
reporters.).

In fact both Winrock and Jatropha are alien (exotic) to Chhattisgarh.
Without evaluating local resources like Pongamia they are promoting
this project as success story and investing much for publicity. This
is global trend to fool common people through such projects but
realities of projects are well known in Chhattisgarh by common people.
