This is news of 2003. Even after 6 years Indian railways not dared to
repeat this failed experiment. They have done it just in pressure of
Jatropha promoters. On the basis of this only experiment, Indian
planners fooled common people and made money by selling Jatropha
seedlings and procuring socalled wasteland for Jatropha plantation.
Now everyone in India knows the status of Jatropha plantation. It is
complete failure. Model biodiesel plants are making mere soap from
Jatropha.

Now Jatropha promoters have decided to fool International community.
So be ready for daydreaming.
