Dear Group Members,

Jatropha promoters in Ghana are adopting same old tactics for Jatropha
promotion as once they used to "fool" Indians specially natives of Indian state
Chhattisgarh. Their first step is to organise conference and then present false
data about socalled Jatropha success in air conditioned room, far from ground
realities. I am surprised that in present era of internet when every information
is available within seconds then how Jatropha promoters are still getting
success to fool African authorities?
