hi sorry for replying this late but my exams were going on..
anyway what you want is possible provided you have a lot of free disk
space...above 8 gb...4.3 for image of the DVD and rest for installation...
To create a iso image of DVD
dd if=/dev/dvd of=dvd.iso <if your current OS is linux>

if you are on windows use any available software for iso image
creation. copy this image to your hard disk...

since i havent done it myself so i wont be able to elaborate but still

BTW is that core 3 DVD final release or some beta
