Friends,
In today's fast paced world, it's very difficult to keep oneself
updated with the ever changing technologies, like linux.
At least i'm finding it very difficult.

The options for updating myself are :
1.R&D on your own ( Which is near to impossible due to absence of peer
group)
2.Training from an institute. ( No money :) )

Please suggest, as to how to go about it.
