I don't know what you are doing right not..but you need to find some
time for yourself..
I believe it is essential to have an internet connection (without
which it will be very difficult)..
join some mailing groups...but be selective only one or two..but
follow then religiously..
be an member of some forum... and do the R&D (as for peer group..whole
WWW is your peer group). That is the way i got whatever knowledge I
have (BTW i am a mech engg. student campus-places in two mech. firms..
gonna join Jindal Steels this June)..
Last but not the least check-out the developer(s)' site..for example
most linux companies have excellent info on the net..same for Java and
microsoft...(but internet is needed again)..
