Dear Chetan,
Times have changed, so have the requirements. Earlier Linux was a non commercial movement, but now it is being implemented in commercial enterprises. So, the aim of the group has to be aligned towards that end. It's no longer a hobby.
I feel, there's no harm in helping our members having a better opening.
Had the postings for job requirements been started at the initial stage, then the group would have become a job site. But now it has matured and can handle both the issues.
Please don't mind it and keep up the good work.

WOW this is great. I posted some job requirements for the group and they were banned by moderator. this is not good. It is discouraging. I protest to this.
