You will need to follow similar steps.

The data to be stored in OpenLdap will have to be stored in Active
Directory services.
and you will need to use a suitable schema.

To the best of my knowledge, the schema and data used by Active Directory for
Windows' authentication cannot be used for Linux authentication.
