Hi,

Thanks for inviting me to this group. I'm based in Western Australia,
where I've been setting up an LTSP network for a local primary school.
(The children's ages range from 3 - 12)

The idea of manuals for the software is fantastic. I've downloaded
the OO files and am now reading them through. The school will benefit
greatly from these, and I'll be happy to contribute. Perhaps another
area could be set aside for 'sales pitches' - documents outlining the
benefits of this setup for schools without computers, or schools who
are struggling with Windows machines.

As a little background on myself, I'm a Science Fiction author with a
couple of published novels, I also have degrees in English and
computer science. Whether that makes my writing like programming, or
my programming like writing, that's for others to say.

I've spotted a few minor typos in the manuals - what's the process for
submitting alterations?

Cheers
Simon
