Dear Science Friends,

We just received news information by CNN News Broadcast (2:25am =
1:25GMT on 9/Feb/02) that NASA scientist have considered those
suggestion to be put in action by putting forward those to NASA for
the following 1, 2 & 3 of 4. hope they also wish to consider More
robotic activity and reduce Human risk in the future.(Mail below 1-
NASA REPLY) and our suggestions (Our suggestion mail at the bottom 2-
OUR MAIL SUGGESTIONS.) for space missions.

*1) space shuttle should have an extra CAPSULE for astronauts so in
case of the emergency whole CAPSULAR Module is ejected out safely
with the astronauts of the shuttle in such an emergency.

*2) In space check by the Robotic photo graphic check on the surfaces
(Under surfaces ) of the Shuttle - so as to know what can be done to
avoid such disaster. we already have those technique on hands but not
utilised properly.

* 3) Reduce the speed of the entry to atmosphere by retrograde rocket
propellers. If we have the "space shuttle with an extra CAPSULE for
astronauts so in case of the emergency whole CAPSULAR Module is
ejected out safely with the astronauts of the shuttle in such an
emergency" capsule can land at safer place in sea.

* 4) even though we utilise our all resources for safety with such a
Capsule and astronauts emergency landing, we should insist more
Robotics and less human guinea pigs from countries all around the
world.

Dear Science and astronomy Friends,

It is very much shocking to know that space shuttle Columbia is Lost
for ever but not totally un-predictable, But we could not save it at
all. every one knows that "the Dangers are out there in the space" We
always need to keep in mind that Beware of science "dangers of the
space" and do not be a guinea pigs as it happened this time. and we
should use more robotic mission and less human activity to avoid this
Human loss - from any country in the world.

Most common chance of this outlook is at the shift off and at the
time of re-entry. Now we had both such bad experience in our nearly
130 mission at the rate of 1.56% failure and is too high - like a war-
We need to avoid this.

1/65 failure is too high and we can not accept that rate of failure
to HUMAN loss. We just cant make Humans a guinea pigs for this
reasons when we know all about "the Dangers are out there in the
space"

1) Lift off : space shuttle should have an extra CAPSULE for
astronauts so in case of the emergency whole CAPSULAR Module is
ejected out safely with the astronauts of the shuttle in such an
emergency.

2) In space check : Robotic photo graphic check on the surfaces
(Under surfaces ) of the Shuttle - so as to know what can be done to
avoid such disaster. we already have those technique on hands but not
utilised properly.

3) Return to earth : Reduce the speed of the entry to atmosphere by
retrograde rocket propellers. If we have the "space shuttle with an
extra CAPSULE for astronauts so in case of the emergency whole
CAPSULAR Module is ejected out safely with the astronauts of the
shuttle in such an emergency"
capsule can land at safer place in sea.

4) even though we utilise our all resources for safety with such a
Capsule and astronauts emergence landing, we should insist more
Robotics and less human guinea pigs from countries all around the
world.
