मुंबईमेंराष्ट्रीयएकताऔरअखण्डताकोगंभीर क्षतिपहुचानेवालेराष्ट्रीयअपराधकेप्रतिपूरेदेशमें व्यापकप्रतिक्रयाऔरअनुक्रियाहुईहै। सारादेश, इनघटनाओंसेहतप्रभऔरमर्माहतहै। किंतुप्रतिक्रियाओंकोव्यक्तकरनेमेंजिस सतर्कताकीआवश्यकताहै -कभीकभीउसकाध्यान नहीरखाजारहाहै। हम राहुल राज का उदाहरण लें ।किस विधि से हमें मुंबई की घटनाओं पर प्रतिक्रिया करनी है - यदि यह उस बहादुर राहुल को पता रहता तो शायद वह मुंबई पुलिस की गोलियों से स्वर्गवासी नही होता । पुलिस को भी इस मामले में जिस सतर्कता से काम करना चाहिए था , उसने नही किया -- ऐसा लोग मान रहे हैं । यह मामला सीधे तौर पर उत्तर भारतीयों और मराठी - भाइयो के बीच तनाव के लिए राज ठाकरे द्वारा चलाये जा रहे अभियान से जुडा हुआ होने के कारण और अधिक ध्यान से देखे जाने योग्य था । मुंबई -पुलिस उसे पकड़ने का प्रयास कर सकती थी । धर्म -स्थलों में छुपे आतंक वादियों के मामलों, स्थिति की संवेदनशीलता की दृष्टि से , पुलिस अक्सर, हमले की बजाय पकड़ने का प्रयास करती देखी जाती रही है । इस समय अवैध तरीकों से व्यक्त प्रतिक्रया शायद कोई अनुमोदित नही करेगा । क्योंकि इससे मुंबई में रह रहे उत्तर भारतीयों पर क्षेत्रवाद पर आधारित हिंसा का खतरा बढ़ सकता है । मुंबई के माफिया गिरोह के लोग, उत्तर भारतीय नौजवानों का दुरुपयोग अव्यवस्था फैला कर अपने हित-साधन के लिए भी कर सकते हैं । सम्पूर्णदेशजानताहैकिजबराष्ट्रीय - स्वाभिमानके प्रतीकोंकोनमनकरनेकाअवसरआताहैतबछत्रपति महाराजशिवाजीकानामसर्वप्रथमलेनेकीइच्छा होतीहै।हमारेदेशमेंहरमाता, प्रातःस्मरणीया माता जीजाबाईबननेकीमहत्वाकांक्षारखतीहै। जबगीताकेरहस्योंकाबोधप्राप्तकरनाहोता हैतबहमभारतकेलोग, संत ज्ञानेश्वर औरलोकमान्य बालगंगाधरतिलककीज्ञानेश्वरीऔरगीता- रहस्य कीशरणलेतेहैं। औरइसीलियेहम, मराठाप्रदेशकोराष्ट्रहीनही महाराष्ट्रकहतेरहेहैं।आजभीसारादेशऔरविश्वभी , जबशाँति-कामीहोताहैतबवहश्रीकृष्णकीवंशी कीअवतारलतामंगेशकरकेस्वरकीशरणलेताहै। इसलिए , राज ठाकरे और उनके राक्षसत्व का उत्तर हमें स्थिर बुद्धि से देना होगा अन्यथा हम इनलोगों के बिछाए जाल में फंस जायेंगे । इनघटनाओंके " निष्क्रिय उत्तरदायी " वेभीहैंजिनकी अकर्मण्यताकेकारण , हमबिहारकेलोग, कारखानोंमेंकाम करने , ड्राइवर, सुरक्षा - गार्ड , चपरासी , आदिकीनौकरी करनेमुंबईऔरदूसरेराज्योंशहरोंमेंजानेको विवशहोतेहैं।
हमजानतेहैंकिराष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोज़गार गारंटी अधिनियम अगर शतप्रतिशत ईमानदारी के साथ बिहार में लागू करा दिया जाय तब मुम्बई सहित देश के अन्य औद्योगिक राज्यों में मेहनतकशों की कमी हो जायेगी और वे हमारे लोगों को को अधिक पैसा और सम्मान के साथ काम के लिए आमंत्रित करेंगे । आजभीभोजपुरीफ़िल्मउद्योगपटनामेंस्थानांतरित नहीहोपाया। प्रकाश झा , मनोज तिवारी आदि ने बिहारी- भाषा , विषयवस्तु , संस्कृति , संगीत से किन उपलब्धियों को हासिल किया - यह सब जानते हैं । किंतु , इनमेसेकिसीनेबिहारमेंशूटिंगस्टूडियो बनानेकीकोईपहलनहीकी। यहभीसभीजानते हैंकिइससमयकौनकितनाताकतवरहै। ताकतकाप्रयोगअपनेनिजीफायदेकेलिएकरने की होड़हैलोगोंमें। इसलिएहमइन अपराधों के " सृजनात्मक अहिंसक प्रतिरोध " का आहवान करते हैं जिसके लिए प्रकाशझामनोजतिवारी जैसेलोगोसेअपीलकीजातीहैकिवेएकवर्षके केलिएमुंबई छोडें औरफ़िल्मशूटिंगकिसारीकारर्वाई बिहारमेंकरे। हम नरेगा के क्रियान्वयन के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगो से अपील करते हैं कि वे कम से कम बिहारी मेहनतकशों को बिहार में ही रोज़गार की गारंटी दे जिससे राज ठाकरो को पता लग सके कि बिहार तैयार है उन्हें गांधीवादी तरीके से जवाब देने के लिए । यदि ये लोग ऐसा नही करे तो हमें समझना होगा कि हम अपनो के कारण हारते रहे हैं ।
