यह कविता मैंने मुज़फ्फरपुर के एक
मुशायरे में शिरक़त के लिए सल्लल्लाहु
अलैहि वसल्लम रसूलल्लाह की खिदमत
में पेश करने के लिए लिखी थी ...कार में
बैठे हुए मुशायरे में जाते समय ।

इस कविता के बारे में चंदन और अन्य मित्रों ने
टिप्पणी की है -कविता अच्छी है । पर इसको मानने वाले
जब शान्ति की बात करे तब तो ।
मैं कहना चाहूगा -
याद करे -जब कर्णाटक और केन्द्र की सरकारों
ने फ़िल्म अभिनेता राजकुमार के अपहरण के बाद
वीरप्पन के ५० गुंडों को जेल से रिहा करने का
निर्णय लिया था तब अब्दुल करीम नाम के ८० वर्षीय
वृद्ध ने सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दाखिल कर के
इसका विरोध किया था और उनकी याचिका
पर सुनवाई करते हुए सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने कहा था -
अपराधी नही रिहा होंगें ।
जो सरकार विधिव्यवस्था नही संभाल सकती
वह हटे , वह गद्दी छोड़ दे और जो संभाल सकता
हो वह गद्दी संभाले ।
और तब, बिना अपराधियों की रिहाई के ही
राजकुमार भी छूटे और विधिव्यवस्था भी बनी
रही ।
भारतीय मुस्लिम देशभक्त हैं और जब राजनीतिज्ञ
देशहित को गिरवी रख रहे होते हैं तब कोई वृद्ध
अब्दुल करीम खडा होकर इस महान देश के
गौरव की रक्षा करता है ।

उसे पहन भी कई लोग क्यों भूल चुके हैं ध्येय ।

अबल हो रही दंड-नीति का नही जिन्हें है ध्यान ।
काल-पुरूष का न्यायालय लेगा उनका संज्ञान ।

जिसे आज वे समझ रहे हैं इस जीवन का लक्ष्य ।
नही, नही, वह लक्ष्य नही, वह तो है घृणित, अभक्ष्य ।

तुच्छ-स्वार्थ के लिए आज रख रहे परस्पर द्वेष ।
नही ध्यान है कहा जा रहा अपना भारत देश ।

शपथ लिया था देशभक्ति का, गए उसे क्यों भूल ।
क्या सोचा था, जीवन पथ में सदा मिलेंगे फूल ।

कांटो पर चलकर ही करना था पूरा कर्तव्य ।
राष्ट्र-पुरूष के मस्तक पर टीका करना था भव्य ।

करना था उन षड्यंत्रों को पल ही पल में नष्ट।
बना रहीं हैं जो युवजन को अपराधी अतिभ्रष्ट ।

किंतु आज हम सब क्यों है बस अपने में मशगूल ।
कांटो से भयभीत, सिर्फ़ क्यों खोज रहे हैं फूल ।

आज समय है- बने संगठित अपना सारा देश ।
एक जाति हो, एक धर्म हो , एक हमारा वेश ।

यह लम्बी कविता उन शहीदों के सम्मान हेतु प्रस्तुत है जो नहीं 
जानते थे की क्रुद्घ कोशी का क्रंदन उन पर मृत्यु संकट उत्पन्न 
करने वाला है। जो अनजाने में ही एक भयावह रात में, मुझ जैसे 
सरकारी   सेवकों के अपराध के कारण, कोशी के आंसुओं के समुद्र 
में, सदा 
के लिए सो गए। यह काव्य उन 
देश-भक्तों के सम्मान में भी प्रस्तुत है जो बिहार में नहीं है पर 
हमारे संकट 
में  हमारे साथ खड़े है --- 
मैं ऐसे सभी बिहार भक्तो को सैल्यूट करता हूँसमूह बना कर, 
बचे हुए 
मजलूमों के लिए 
दिन रात काम कर रहे है

जब  लोकतंत्र गल जाता है
नौकर, मालिक बन जाता है
                
बिखरी कोशी   बिखरा बिहार
फिर  भी, मन में सपने हजार

हो नदी या कि नारी, उर्मिल
चाहेगी  बिखरे  नहीं सलिल
कोई  तटबन्ध  उसे रोकें
हो अनियमन्त्रित, कोई टोके
कोशी तो करती थी पुकार
बांधे कोई,  दे उसे  प्यार
२-
पर कही, किसी ने नहीं गुना
कोशी  का क्रन्दन नहीं सुना
नौकरशाहों   का   था   निर्णय
हो शान्ति या कि फिर मचे प्रलय
मजदूरी    नहीं    बढ़ाएगे
जन में जल-प्रलय मचाएगें

खण्डित कुशहा तटबन्ध हुआ
कोशी को क्रोध प्रचड  हुआ
आंसू,  लहरों में  बदल  गए
जलमग्न ग्राम, वन, नगर हुए
जब नारी, नदी कुपित होती
सारे  समाज की क्षति होती

मन में दानव सा लोभ लिए
मानव  ने  कैसे  पाप किए
पानी  बनकर  ईमान  बहा
कहने को ना कुछ शेष रहा
उन्मत   हंसी  नौकरशाही
गलकर बह गई लोकशाही
५-
कहने  को है  मजबूत तन्त्र
कोई कुछ करने को स्वतन्त्र
बाहर  से हस्तक्षेप  नहीं
कर्तव्य-कर्म में क्षेप नहीं
पर जनगण का टूटा सपना
कानून  हुआ अपना  अपना

व्याकुल कोशी है दौड़ रही
रुकने का ठौर तलाश रही
जब  नई न कोई राह मिली
तो गांव, नगर की ओर चली
भटके लाखों जन द्वार द्वार
सपने  बिखरे है  तार तार
७-
घर द्वार बहा, परिवार बहा
सपनों  का भी संसार बहा
कोई अनाथ शिशु बिलख रहा
बूढा  भी  कोई  फफक  रहा
माताएं  पुत्र-विहीन  हुई
वत्सलता ममता दीन हुई

फिर भी लहरों को चीर चीर
जीने की चाह लिए , अधीर
पल पल बरसाते नयन-नीर
अन्तर  में  धारे   गहनपीर
बचकर आया जो बिलख रहा
खुद बचा, मगर परिवार  बहा

कंधे  पर  बकरी को  डाले
बच्चे को लटका लिया गले
पानी में  पौरुष-अग्नि जला
जलमग्न भूमि पर बढ़ा चला
मानव का जय-अभियान धन्य
मानव,  स्रष्टा का सुत अनन्य

गिरते को फिर से लिया थाम
पूछा  ना मजहब, जाति, नाम
सोदर तो नहीं, मगर, बढकर

गदगद हो गले लगाते है

भगवान् नहीं रुठा था यह
कोशी  का दोष नहीं  कोई

अपराध  करे जो, बचा  रहे
व्यभिचार करे जो, बचा रहे
नौकर, मालिक की चाल चले
नौकरशाही  फूले   व  फले
तब  लोकतंत्र गल जाता है

Bihar Bhakti today has sent a team to flood-trodden koshi area.
The team will distribute there a KIT-BAG among citizen who do
not have THAALI to take food in Relief Cams.
We were informed that in relief camps, people come
and take their food in PATTALS which is made of Leaves or plastic.
Disposal of PATTALS is creating another problem there..

मिथिलाक धरती बाढ़िक विभीषिकासँ आइ काल्हि जूझि रहल अछि। कुशेश्वरस्थान दिसुका क्षेत्र तँ बिन बाढ़िक बरखाक समयमये डूमल रहैत अछि। मुदा ई स्थिति १९७८-७९ केर बादक छी। पहिने ओऽ क्षेत्र पूर्ण रूपसँ उपजाऊ छल, मुदा भारतमे तटबन्धक अनियन्त्रित निर्माणक संग पानिक जमाव ओतए शुरू भए गेल। मुदा ओहि क्षेत्रक बाढ़िक कोनो समाचार कहियो नहि अबैत अछि, कहियो अबितो रहए तँ मात्र ई दुष्प्रचार जे ई सभटा पानि नेपालसँ छोड़ल गेल पानिक जमाव अछि। ओतुक्का लोक एहि नव संकटसँ लड़बाक कला सीखि गेलाह। हमरा मोन अछि ओऽ दृश्य जखन कुशेश्वरस्थानसँ महिषी उग्रतारास्थान जएबाक लेल हमरा बढ़िक समयमे अएबाक लेल कहल गेल छल कारण ओहि समयमे नाओसँ गेनाइ सरल अछि, ई कहल गेल। रुख समयमे खत्ता, चभच्चामे नाओ नहि चलि पबैत अछि आऽ सड़कक हाल तँ पुछू जुनि। फसिलक स्वरूपमे परिवर्तन भेल, मत्स्य-पालन जेना तेना कए ई क्षेत्र जबरदस्तीक एकटा जीवन-कला सिखलक। कौशिकी महारानीक एहि बेरक प्रकोप ओहि दुष्प्रचारकेँ खतम कए पाओत आकि नहि से नहि जानि!

पहिने हमरा सभ ई देखी जे कोशी आऽ गंडकपर जे दू टा बैराज नेपालमे अछि ओकर नियन्त्रण ककरा लग अछि। ई नियन्त्रण अछि बिहार सरकारक जल संसाधन विभागक लग आऽ एतए बिहार सरकारक अभियन्तागणक नियन्त्रण छन्हि। पानि छोड़बाक निर्णय बिहार सरकारक जल संसाधन विभागक हाथमे अछि। नेपालक हाथमे पानि छोड़बाक अधिकार तखन आएत जखन ओतुक्का आन धार पर बान्ह/ छहर बनत, मुदा से ५० सालसँ ऊपर भेलाक बादो दुनू देशक बीचमे कोनो सहमतिक अछैत सम्भव नहि भए सकल। किएक?

सामयिक घटनाक्रम- कोशीपर भीमनगर बैरेज, कुशहा, नेपालमे अछि। १९५८ मे बनल एहि छहरक जीवन ३० बरख निर्धारित छल, जे १९८८ मे बीति गेल। दुनू देशक बीचमे कोनो सहमति किएक नहि बनि पाओल? छहरक बीचमे जे रेत जमा भए जाइत अछि, तकरा सभ साल हटाओल जाइत अछि। कारण ई नहि कएलासँ ओकर बीचमे ऊंचाई बढ़ैत जाएत, तखन सभ साल बान्धक ऊँचाई बढ़ाबए पड़त।  एहि साल ई कार्य समयसँ किएक नहि शुरू भेल? फेर शुरू भेल बरखा, १८ अगस्तकेँ कोशी बान्धमे २ मीटर दरारि आबि गेल। १९८७ ई.क बाढ़ि हम आँखिसँ देखने छी। झंझारपुर बान्ध लग पानि झझा देलक, ओवरफ्लो भए गेल एक ठामसँ, आऽ आँखिक सोझाँ हम देखलहुँ जे कोना तकर बाद १ मीटरक कटाव किलोमीटरमे बदलि जाइत अछि। २७-२८ अगस्त २००८ धरि भीमनगर बैरेजक ई कटाव २ किलोमीटर भए चुकल अछि। आऽ ई करण भेल कोशीक अपन मुख्य धारसँ हटि कए एकटा नव धार पकड़बाक आऽ नेपालक मिथिलांचलक संग बिहारक मिथिलांचलकेँ तहस नहस करबाक। नासाक ८ अगस्त २००८ आऽ २४ अगस्त २००८ केर चित्र कौशिकीक नव आऽ पुरान धारक बीच २०० किलोमीटरक दूरी देखा रहल अछि। भीमनगर बैरेज आब एकटा कोशीक सहायक धारक ऊपर बनल बैरेज बनि गेल।

 

राष्ट्रीय आपदा: जाहि राज्यमे आपदा अबैत अछि, से केन्द्रसँ सहायताक आग्रह करैत अछि। केन्द्रीय मंत्रीक टीम ओहि राज्यक दौरा करैत अछि आऽ अपन रिपोर्ट दैत अछि जाहिपर केन्द्रीय मंत्रीक एकटा दोसर टीम निर्णय करैत अछि, आऽ ओऽ टीम निर्णय करैत अछि जे ई आपदा राष्ट्रीय आपदा अछि वा नहि। बिहारक राजनीतिज्ञ अपन पचास सालक विफलता बिसरि जखन एक दोसराक ऊपर आक्षेपमे लागल छलाह, मनमोहन सिंह मंत्रीक प्रधानक रूपमे दौरा कए एकरा राष्ट्रीय आपदा घोषित कएलन्हि। कारण ई लेवल-३ कारण ई सम्बन्धित राज्यक लेल असगरे, नहि तँ वित्तक सम्बन्धमे आऽ नहिए राहतक संबन्धमे, एहिसँ पार पाएब कठिन अछि। आब राष्ट्रीय आकस्मिक आपदा कोषसँ सहायता देल जाऽ रहल अछि, किसानक ऋण-माफी सेहो सम्भव अछि।

 

उपाय की हो? कुशेश्व्रर स्थानक आपदा सभ-साल अबैछ, से सभ ओकरा बिसरिए जेकाँ गेलाह। मुदा आब की हो? दामोदर घाटीक आऽ मयूरक्षी परियोजना जेकाँ कार्य कोशी, कमला, भुतही बलान, गंडक, बूढ़ी गंडक आऽ बागमतीपर किएक सम्भव नहि भेल? विश्वेश्वरैय्याक वृन्दावन डैम किएक सफल अछि। नेपाल सरकारपर दोषारोपण कए हमरा सभ कहिया धरि जनताकेँ ठकैत रहब। एकर एकमात्र उपाए अछि बड़का यंत्रसँ कमला-बलान आदिक ऊपर जे माटिक बान्ध बान्हल गेल अछि तकरा तोड़ि कए हटाएब आऽ कच्चा नहरिक बदला पक्का नहरिक निर्माण। नेपाल सरकारसँ वार्ता आऽ त्वरित समाधन। आऽ जा धरि ई नहि होइत अछि तावत जे अल्पकालिक उपाय अछि, जेना बरखा आबएसँ पहिने बान्हक बीचक रेतकेँ हटाएब, बरखाक अएबाक बाट तकबाक बदला किछु पहिनहि बान्हक मरम्मतिक कार्य करब। आऽ एहि सभमे राजनीतिक महत्वाकांक्षाकेँ दूर राखब। कोशीकेँ पुरान पथपर अनबाक हेतु कैकटा बान्ह बनाबए पड़त आऽ ओऽ सभ एकर समाधान कहिओ नहि बनि सकत।

Dear Sirs,
The Maithili-Bhojpuri Akademi has formally startd at cam office Padam Nagar, and is organising two-day cultural programme at Sriram Centre, Safder Hashmi Road, Near Mandi House, Delhi.
Chief Guest is Sheila Dikshit, Chief Minister
Sh. Anil Mishra-, upadhyaksha of Akademi will also be present.
 
Programme
 
BHOJPURI PROGRAMME- 5th August 2008. Time 5.30 PM. After opening ceremony Play Bidesiya- of Bhikhari Thakur will be staged followed by Lokgeet.
 
MAITHILI PROGRAMME- 6th August 2008. Time 5.30 PM. After opening ceremony Play Kathak Banal Lok by Mahendra Malangia will be staged followed by MAILORANG followed by geet-Lokgeet programme.
 
The programme will end at around 9 PM (tentative).
 
Seating arrangement is on first come basis.

over, I thought about trying it. I figured what have I got to lose is
just 6 stamps and Rs.60, right? Then I invested the measly Rs.60.
Well
GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? Within 7 days...., I started getting money in
the
mail! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but the money just
kept
coming in. In my first week, I made about Rs.250, which is four times
the money I invested. By the end second week I had made a total over
Rs.5,000 in the third week I had over Rs.50,000.00 and it's still
growing.
This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over
3,20,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. It's Certainly worth

STEP 2: Now go to SUB ADDRESSES and take the #1 name off (delete) the
list that you see above, move the other names up (5 becomes 4, 4
becomes
