March, responses to our plea for referrals has spiked up. In March, 25%
of our joiners were from member referrals and in April, 29%.
We are grateful to each of you who have taken the pain go to
the website and load the resumes there.
As we grow at the pace we are growing, we
urge you to please continue to refer candidates.
The following 45 open requisitions are categorized under “niche”
skills and are rare and difficult to find. These skills will carry
an extra 15% on the existing referral bonus. This scheme will run from
now through May and will close on May 30th. So hurry up, refer
and earn!
