HOW TO REFER:

Following are 2 WAYS in which you may send us referrals:

OPTION 1. Go to People Click page >> Create your Login ID>> Search for Jobs / Positions >> Forward relevant jobs to your friend / acquaintance >> If your friend / acquaintance applies for the job - you can track the status of application from your Login (Go to Job Search page > Click on “View my Account” > Sign In > Under Application Activity section Check - “View Referral Status”).

OPTION 2. Alternatively, you may email us  profiles  by email to – ts.referral.bang@... OR ts.referral.pune@.... Please ensure that the subject line of the referral mailer specifically mentions – Job ID, and Title of the position for which referral is being sent.

Advantages of Option 1 over Option 2 - Referring through People Click enables you to have automated updates as soon as an application is sent and a final decision is made on hiring.
