Candidate must possess:
- 10 + 2 (PUC) + 6 Months of international call center Experience /any graduate (Arts/Science/Technical Graduates)
- Excellent communication skills with Neutral Accent
- High confidence and energy levels
- Result oriented with high conflict resolution skills.
- Analytical temperament aligned with service orientation & Customer service skills.
Experience:
0-24 Months experience in customer service. Candidates who are awaiting their final year results may also walk-in
