Responsible for tracking, consolidating, and reporting key training metrics related to quality assurance measures, operational indicators, and agent and customer satisfaction data. Also, analyze training metrics, develop findings, and make recommendations to enhance training content and delivery by HP and partner training staffs.
Responsibilities for this position include:
· Monitoring and evaluating training metrics;
· Correlating training metrics with quality measures;
· Documenting training performance scores;
· Reporting training performance;
· Analyzing training data and making recommendations for enhancement;
· Working with internal departments to evaluate requirements based on metrics, and making assessments from compiled data; and
· Define, develop, implement, and maintain initiatives that improve core entity business processes such as developing methods to improve training request processes, and the maintenance of training delivery and project schedules.
This position requires the management of multiple projects and the ability to organize and
prioritize work to meet aggressive deadlines.
Special Requirements:
- Some domestic and international travel is required for this position.
- Capable of multi-tasking, and participating on a number of virtual teams concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to tolerate ambiguity, and interpret and translate business requirements and performance data into training reports.
- Working knowledge of IT terminology is desirable.
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
Experience : 3 to 5 years of analytics and technical administration experience
