Skill and Knowledge Requirements

·         Technical Knowledge and Experience in Microsoft Sharepoint Services and .NET Technology

·         Technical Understanding of NT, Unix, Java/J2EE, WEB(IIS, ASP), Weblogic, Oracle/RDBMS technologies.

·         Understanding of quality processes (ISO, 6Sigma, CMM, etc)

·         Experience in working in complex projects with global customers, good “soft” skills and Presentation Skills

·         Experience in working with partners and suppliers in project delivery

·         Some knowledge of Finance and Admin business processes and applications is desired

·         Project management, Client relationship & consulting engagement skills.

·         Conceptual skills: able to perform in-depth systems analysis, recognizes problems, opportunities or underlying patterns and relationships. Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into priorities and action plans.

·         Knowledge of BPO operations is a plus

Job Responsibilities and Tasks

·         Design solutions and manage development, maintenance, testing, quality and performance assurance of system software products.

·         Work with external partners and suppliers to ensure control over critical design elements of our solution

·         Prepare, manage and control full project lifecycle for execution of a Proof of Concept

·         Support BPO Solution Stacks to ensure their needs are met by the platform Software

·         Provide Configured / Customized Solutions to the BPO Solution Stacks.

·         Support the BPO Deal Pursuit process and create and implement technical solution for deals won

Qualification           :  Bachelor's (undergraduate), Master's (graduate), or Ph.D. (post graduate) degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science, information technology, engineering, math, physics, etc.)
Experience              :  Minimum 5 years software development experience in the Web services space. , at least 2 years of project management experience on the full software development lifecycle
