  • To identify the OOW customers and guide them to avail the right support option for support, and bill the customer using customers credit card.
  • To adhere to the script and process on every call
  • To adhere to quality parameters while serving customer needs
  • To maintain targets
  • To escalate the required call issues to the SME / TL
  • To follow integrity parameters while using customer Credit card details

 

 

Technical Support Engineer Voice & Non voice

Job Description:

 

Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking related queries of our global clients Over Phone  (or) Mail/chat which involves working in nightshifts 

Candidate must possess:

-           Good written & Spoken communication skills

-           High confidence and energy levels

-           Result oriented with high conflict resolution skills.

-           Analytical temperament aligned with service orientation & Customer service skills.

Qualification    : Any graduate (Arts/Science/Technical Graduates)

Location         : Bangalore

Experience       : 0-12 Months experience in providing Customer service -Voice
