1) Program Manager (AR/AP Implementation)

Ref# : 161275

Responsibilities:

 

-           Provide the team environment to ensure efficient project execution. The projects cover the process side for SAP implementations in the FI module.

-           Ensure our process standards are followed for the implementations.

-           Program management and accountability for on-time delivery.

-           Foster the usage of professional project management methodologies

-           First level of the escalation path for process content or resource questions.

-           Maintain the relationship with our key partners in the business, operations, the other process areas, and IT.

-           The scope of the team to be managed is focused on project scoping and planning, business requirements, process design, process consulting, testing, training, migration, and operational stabilization. The technical system setup is performed by partners with HP’s IT organization.

-           People management for the A/R and A/P program team including objective setting, performance reviews, resource assignments, people development, virtual team management, and salary management. The people management includes employees in different countries in a virtual environment.

 

Qualification and Background:

-           MBA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Chartered Accountant.

-           At least 5 years proven experience in system implementations or process re-engineering, at least 2 years management experience.

-           Professional in project/program management, ideally PMP certification. Proven track record in managing complex projects.

-           Business experience & good knowledge in the banking, finance, accounts payable, or accounts receivable area in a corporate setting.

-           Experience in a SAP / ERP Implementations.

-           Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work via the phone with virtual teams.

-           Experience in working in an international environment.

-           Willingness to travel internationally.

2) Process Training Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the operationalization of process training framework (Charisma)
  • Implement metrics and dashboards for process training
  • Ensure overall quality of training delivery
  • Ensure standardization & quality of content
  • Ensure design & delivery of blended solutions across processes
  • Select & develop trainers
  • Define standards, process of engagement with transitions. Facilitate effective knowledge transfer
  • Drive Value added projects for Training team
  • Regularly review process training performance with operations leaders and drive corrective action.

 

Qualification / Skills Background

§         7+ years relevant experience

§         BPO Operations / BPO Training exposure is a plus

  • Work experience in global organization preferred

§         Communication and Presentation skills

§         Problem solving and analytical skills, Influencing skills and interpersonal effectiveness

§         Planning and Project management skills, Process management skills

§         Business Acumen

§         Facilitation Skills

3) Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 25-30 people and will have complete delivery and people management responsibility either for a region within a process or a sub process.

 

Qualification / Skills and Background

§         6+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BPO as a Team leader

§         Good communication skills, both oral and written

§         Should have worked in roles which involve reporting / process management.

§         Strong customer focus

§         Exposure to Quality is an added advantage

§         Should have had people management responsibilities

§         Should have led teams of at least 10-15 people

§         Experience of working in a multi-national environment / cross-functional teams is advantageous

§         Should be willing to work in shifts including night shifts

4) Foreign Language Specialists

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction / translation processing activities involving usage of foreign language.
  • Translation or transaction processing into the French / German / Spanish / Italian / Portuguese Language or from a Foreign Language to English
  • Handling and closing escalations on Process related issues
  • Handling language translations/interpretations as and when required.
  • Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects
  • Reporting, analyzing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.

§         Keen focus on language accuracy and enhancement of language skills of the team.

 

Qualification / Skills and Background

§         Good English communication skills, both oral and written

§         Should be comfortable with MS-Office and have good typing skills

§         Should be proficient in the foreign language preferably with any industry working experience. (Proficiency between 7 – 8 from a scale of 1 to 10)

§         Excellent co-ordination and team skills AND open to working in night shifts

§         Should be open to learning, flexible and adaptable to working in India.

§         Experience of working in a multi-national environment / cross-functional teams is an advantage

§         Should be willing to work in US time zone. (night shifts)

5) Senior Process Associate (Product Data Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Investigation and acquisition of elements for master data readiness setup during the new product introduction and sustaining lifecycle events.
  • Obtain and insure integrity of required global/regional spare data elements for master data system setup.  Sources include but are not limited to; product lifecycle manager, service supply chain, engineering, product generation business unit, systems/tools; SLCM & workbench.
  • Initiate new part set-up in master data systems (Global & Regional)
  • Announce roll strategy & implementation plans to supply chain and engineering functions.
  • Coordinate and track supply chain implementation

 

Qualification / Skills and Background:

  • Technical degree with 4 to 5 years supply chain exp 
  • Master data exposure
  • Service hardware supply chain experience
  • International business cultural acumen
  • Clear and effective communication (excellent oral and written communication skills in English)
  • Data Mining.
  • Excellent Microsoft computer skills
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Ability to develop, implement and track operational plans
  • Business problem solving skills in complex environment
  • Knowledge of financial concepts
