Key Tasks

 

Provides the focal point for a wide spectrum of customer accounting transaction processing questions and assistance to a broad customer base, including both internal and external to HP 

  • Facilitates solutions to transaction processing problems.
  • Provide coordination on communication linkages.
  • Manages processes to ensure efficiency as well as the effectiveness of business controls, identifies changes as appropriate.
  • Administers the collection, maintenance, reporting, and presentation of account information.
  • Utilizes process expertise to develop solutions to various accounting problems.

 

Education:    B COM, BBM, BBA, BSC, BA & BCA or M COM, MA, M SC

Graduates with aggregate of 50% and above.

Preferably 2005, 2006 & 2007 graduates

                    

 

Experience:  0 - 1 yr of Experience from F&A BPO or 2 years of Non BPO Experience.

 

Skill Set:

 

·         Flexible to work in any shifts . 

·         Time management skills. 

 

Accounting skill Set

-           Strong knowledge on Accounting Basics.

-           Strong knowledge on General Ledger Entries.

-           Good knowledge on Ms Excel, Ms Word.

-           Good oral & written English

-           Processing or Transaction Background experience if Experienced 

 

Non Accounting Skill set

  

-           Good Analytical Skills.

-           Good knowledge on Ms Excel, Ms Word.

-           Good oral & written English

-           Basic understanding about Order Management, Claims, Rebates, Supply Chain Cycle, etc.
