We are looking for fresh engineering graduates to take up challenging roles and become a part of global R & D team based in Chennai.

Criteria / Terms & Conditions  

Ø      We are looking for 2007 passed outs & students passing out in 2008 (B.E /B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech).  
Ø      Stream - CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Instrumentation, Telecommunications.  
Ø      In the event of the candidate clearing the Alcatel-Lucent recruitment process, and being made an employment offer, the candidate should be in a position to join immediately. 
Ø      In the event of 'employment offer' being made to the candidate by Alcatel-Lucent, candidate will have to sign a 2 (two) years service agreement. 
Ø      Profiles received from Non- Alcatel-Lucent mail Id's will not be considered for the recruitment process.  
Ø      CV's sent only to the following ID: 'careers.adi@...', will be considered.  
Ø      Referral mails should reach on or before 23rd May 08 (EOD).

Criteria for 2007 Passed out:  

Ø      Candidates those who have appeared for any of the Alcatel-Lucent recruitment process in the recent past (6 months) will not be considered. 
Ø      Only candidates who have secured more than 70 % will be considered for the recruitment process.

Criteria for 2008 Passed out:

Ø      The aggregate percentage at the time of writing the test should not be less than 60%.  
Ø       Employment offer made is conditional to the candidate completing the course with a minimum aggregate of 60% and with no arrears. 
Ø      Candidates must have completed their final semester examination by end of May 08.
