o    Provides the focal point for a wide spectrum of customer accounting transaction processing questions and assistance to a broad customer base, including both internal and external to HP 

o    Facilitates solutions to transaction processing problems; provide coordination on communication linkages.

o    Manages processes to ensure efficiency as well as the effectiveness of business controls, identifies changes as appropriate.

o    Administers the collection, maintenance, reporting, and presentation of account information. Utilizes process expertise to develop solutions to various accounting problems.

o    Education: B COM, BBM, BBA, BSC, BA & BCA or M COM, MA, M SC

o    Graduates with aggregate of 50% and above. Preferably 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 pass outs graduates 2008 Awaited results can also apply

o    0 - 1 yr of Experience from F&A BPO or 2 years of Non BPO Experience.

o    Flexible to work in any shifts;

o    Basic understanding about Order Management, Claims, Rebates, Supply Chain Cycle, etc.
