Dear Friend there are three options that you could choose

 

1)Open (anyone can join)

2)Restricted (you approve all requests for membership)

3)Closed (only invited members can join) If you select this option, web tools that were previously set to "public" will be restricted to members only. Once you have selected this option, you may not change it later.

 

If you have selected the first two option you could make changes later, but if have selected the third option its not possible to change it again!!
