New Delhi, May 20. (PTI): The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will
decide by tonight on the issue of its participation in the Congress-
led coalition at the Centre.

This was stated by NCP spokesman Praful Patel after Congress
formally invited the Sharad Pawar-led party, which has nine members
in the Lok Sabha, to participate in the government.

Congress leaders Ahmed Patel and Pranab Mukherjee called on NCP
chief Sharad Pawar today and where informed about the NCP decision
during the meeting that followed there, sources said.
