Welcome to PMBAIndia Community!

Founded on 16th April 2006, PMBAIndia community has its roots in Personal MBA concept of Mr. Josh Kaufman. Personal MBA concept was formed to master business without spending a fortune. It is an experiment in educational entrepreneurism. Its an effort to substantially increase one’s knowledge of business on his own time and with little cost, all without setting foot inside a classroom. At the core of PMBA is list of 42 books and periodicals, investing time and efforts in which will progressively develop a greater understanding of business and increase one’s effectiveness at work.

While reading books is a wonderful way to learn, there’s no replacement for a good conversation with a diverse group of business-savvy and like-minded people. PMBAIndia community was formed to gain knowledge about these books by reading and sharing one’s experiences and learnings with other group members. Since then, it has been evolve to community of 91 members spread geographically.
