WORLD of DIGITALISATION and Robotic space explorations and effect of updating in
near future.

Dear Friends of computerisation, space, astronomy and ROBOTICS Science,

Recently speed of conversion from analogue to digital systems has reached to so
high and still is accelerating. But how long? Soon every thing will be
digitalised and we will see the whole digitalised world!

Before we go to the details of these matter let us see what’s happening to the
world of analogue.

After the 80’s all computers slowly started to become more or less in digital
systems. Though using most of the analogue system of data transfers and
displays. e.g. connectivity to the computers were analogue cable system and
display as well in analogue frequencies of hertz.

Though today also many computers still using this analogue networks and displays
on most of the computers, networks and TV and broadcasting channels’ including
satellites’.

But now every thing needs to be changed from analogue system to digital
including networking, TV and broadcasting, computers and displays. War time
analogue channel frequencies used for securities are freed to make further space
for Channels and digitalised system provided us space for thousands of channels.

Some might think computers work with the digital systems and how that can be
using analogue? Reason for that is network connectivity is still a analogue –
wired network. So data, speed and data corruption/ magnetic effects and loss of
data is possible.

All these Needs to update by fibre optic networking and even the display
connection is needed to be using DMI/HDMI caballing, else even though we use the
digital screen displays, it is not digital display. Needs a digital display
connectivity by such DMI/HDMI caballing.

Surprising to know that we use the DVD players and DVR writers/rewriters are
still in analogue format, though it writes digital data in digital format of the
computers. Using analogue laser system and writers have the tuners of analogue
systems. TV/VIDEOS/DVD writers are also having analogue tuners (they are now
called analogue DVD writers to differentiate the digital DVD writers as they are
coming in the markets) as broadcasting stations and satellites are of analogue
system. Though many use plasma digital TV but they are with analogue tuners, so
what we receive on TV is totally analogue format and only displays screens are
digital types. Actually TV broadcasting and networking digitalisation required
and for that we have some time to do so. Also local networks of fibro optic and
DMI/HDMI TV display connectivity with HDTV need to update and not HD ready TV.

In western world it started to change now and all analogue broadcasting charnels
will stop broadcasting by 2012 and complete switch over to digital system will
take place.

So what will happen to those analogue systems? Well will be sold to those who
are using still analogue system, in other word will be dumped to those countries
still in analogue times.

Not only that space exploration also changing as new satellites, telescopes,
transmitters, receivers broadcasting will be digitalises. Instead of analogue
telescopes a new system will send and receive data in digital formats e.g. of 32
bits instead frequencies of analogue hertz frequencies. And
storage/transfers/displays of data will be totally in digital. Though space
gives data in analogue frequencies and so that part will remain same as it is,
human can not change that (e.g. Radiation frequency used to observe universe.)

So all ANLOGUE systems are now cheap and to be discarded in the western world.
So be aware of the fact that what you receive is what’s worth. A TELESCOPE from
SPACE agency sold to you may be DUMPING site for them.

Not only that, those space explorations are also in human exploration modes.
Need to do be converted to MORE ROBOTIC types. Else some one may use some one as
“Guinea pig” and we loose our bright scientists for some one else. And it
happened in the past as well in Columbia space shuttle crash. We lost our bright
scientist and our bright scientist had no chance to do anything for our country.
And today even India is still deprived of any benefits from present astronaut
scientists. Wish such things will be not repeated in future.

Even though we utilise our all resources for safety with such a Capsule and
astronaut’s emergency landing, we should insist more Robotics and less human
guinea pigs from countries all around the world.It is very much shocking to know
that space shuttle Columbia is Lost for ever but not totally un-predictable, But
we could not save it at all. Every one knows that "the Dangers are out there in
the space" Wealways need to keep in mind that Beware of science "dangers of the
space" and do not be a guinea pigs as it happened this time. And we should use
more robotic mission and less human activity to avoid thisHuman loss - from any
country in the world.
