WEATHER CAN CHANGE THE CIRCUMSTANCES AT SURAT AND WEST OF india. SO AVOID
LOCATIONS AROUND IT but move to far from costal area of western INDIA, watch for
the Weather Map of INDIA, cloud cover Gujarat and around Gujarat and the Eclipse
path of 22JULY 2009.
