Dear
i am thankful to you for giving such easy solution. i did this by copy and past
of seawat run files in the modflow/mt3d folder and then by using
Parameter/ Recycle /value/matrix/browse and i tried to load the head and other
files but i found error of could not load invalid no of rows or columns.
please help me in solving this problem.

That is easy. What you have to do is just copy the output files
generated from SEAWAT (heads, draw-down, output, MT3D001
(concentration), and budget files) and past them into the same folder
of MODFLOW and MT3DMS .... I mean the one you used to generate the
input files of SEAWAT. By this you are replacing the output from
constant density model by those generated under variable density
approach. Then follow the same way to view up the results in modeflow.
Hope it is clear .... all of us do it this way and we got good
results ..... If you wish to use another way ... just download
MODELVIWER code from the USGS public domain website (free software) and
use it to plot what ever you like to do .... even vectors ...
heads .... etc. Read the manual ... it is short and easy ... and gives
a nice plots really ......
