I am happy to send the letters received from 1.Mr.Satyamurthy,a 4th
Batch Retail student who is presently with Cafe-Coffee -Day and

No job, No meal, No Money, No respect. I was being wandering for job,
attended in many interviews in Bangalore. They told me first learn
English have a skill to work. But they were unable to provide me a
job. Before that I had finished BA degree in Kannada medium. Inspite
of that I was not able to get a job by the time I red in newspaper
advertisement about unnathi training for jobless especially below
poverty line. I was one of the person selected in `Unnathi' training
programme. I learnt English as well as communication skills and also
retailing in marketing field. Being that time they provided us for
travelling pass and also daily lunch and breakfast I learnt life
lesson only in unnathi as I learnt discipline, prayer and also some
exercise which is to be needed for Tension releasing and to get peace
mind how to attend an inter view How to communicate with people as
well as customers and good setting and life is to be great for that
all the things is to be needed these all the good things taught by
great professionals. I am rightly now working for ABCTCL's café
coffee day as a brew master and an incharge, in a month achieved one
lakh rupees in merchandise sale in that 25000 of coffee powder sale.
Except gross sale. These performance appeared on a café beat monthly
magazine, that is company's monthly tabloid. These achievable things
has been possible form my side because of unnathi's good training and
suggesting to customer while suggesting product to customer and have
a good co-operative with customer as a friendly, any how I am getting
6000 salary per month really unnathi is the mother like us as we are
child grown by unnathi and that's main Ramesh swamy, valli madam,
Anantharaman, Ranga and so many voluntir teachers for all. I am great
full behalf of my 4th batch. Let unnathi program reach lot more guys
like me, Joy unnathi mother.

Mr. Ranga,
I am sorry i was not able to respond too you
immediately. I have worked with number of NGO's to source people for
the front line in our stores. One thing that i would like to tell
about Unnati is that the candidates from Unnati are well trained. I
have never seen such focused and well mannered candidates from any
other NGO or institute. Though Unnati has not given me candidates in
QUANTITY but the QUALITY is extremely good.
